This calzone is stuffed with fresh mozzarella cheese, sauteedonions, garlic and mushrooms and spinach plus tomato sauce. She baked it to a golden brown color and then brushed it with butter and sprinkled Parmesan cheese and oregano on top.
Oh man was this good!! The shell was light and fluffy and as I cut into it the cheese and everything oozed out like a magma flow from a volcano. I’m pretty sure it was just as hot too.
