While I am not that big of a meat eater (besides fish) I do at times surrender to an occasional overwhelming desire for protein. Tonight that craving was spicy chicken wings coated with Tapatio sauce.
What is it about Tapatio sauce that makes it so darn tasty? It’s spicy goodness is perfect for just about any dish. OK, that might be taking things a bit too far but it is one of my favorite condiments.
