I feel very lucky when I can come home to home made wanton mee noodles and char siew BBQ pork with a big side of greens. I’m not a big meat eater and in fact I try to limit my meat selection to fish but on occasion (and more so recently) I enjoy something just like this.
The noodles are home made just today by my wife. The pork is organic and locally raised without antibiotics. And the vegetables were grown locally out at Hey Bayles Farms in Loraine Oregon. This is all part of trying to keep the food we eat as local as possible.
