Today is a self portrait of pain. I’m guessing I have a sinus infection that is causing a severe headache which spreads out across my forehead and shoots behind my eyes. Maybe know the pain, the kind that leaves you a little nauseous and wanting to curl up in a dark quiet room somewhere. This must be what it feels like to be hit in the head with a bat.
Tomorrow will bring a new day and hopefully less pain.
For this photo I used a Canon 580EXII in a Lumiquest Softbox III and placed it camera right. Behind the camera and to the left I had a silver reflector and shot a Canon 430EXII into that to add fill light. Both were triggered with Cactus v4’s.

Your photo d gets the point across….it definitely speaks the misery of a migraine. Hope you’re feeling better soon Matt. And in the meantime, may you find that quiet dark spot to curl up in.
Feeling better already. Thanks!
