My youngest son was Indiana Jones for Halloween this year and still loves to wear his hat and crack his whip. Dressing up and playing a character can be fun. Being able to pretend to live the life of another that we feel is exciting allows our imagination to run free. This is great for kids. The problem is that as adults we tend to do this as well. We look around and desire to be somebody other than who we are. We dream of doing things that other are doing but never take action to actually attempt to do it ourselves. There is a time for pretending to be a character and there is a time for getting out there and living our own dreams. So stop pretending and get out there and live your dreams!
